Simple Purchase Process
Buying investment gold and investment silver at GOLDU is simple, secure and transparent. From product selection to delivery, we focus on inspection, discretion and a professional approach.
How does buying at GOLDU work?
1. Product selection
You choose an investment gold or silver bar or coin from the GOLDU range.
2. Adding to the cart
You add the selected product to the shopping cart and proceed to complete your order.
3. Submitting the order
You fill in your delivery details and submit the order by clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button.
4. Order confirmation and payment details
Once we receive your order, we send you an e-mail confirmation including payment details and a QR code for quick and convenient payment.
5. Paying for the order
The price lock is valid for 12 hours from submitting the order. During this time the price is final and binding for both parties – please pay for your order within this period.
Payment must be made from a bank account held in the buyer's name. We do not accept payments from third parties (including company accounts, unless they belong to the buyer) and will return them to the account from which they were sent.
Once the payment is credited to the account of Baumann Group a.s., operator of the GOLDU® brand, we issue a tax document.
6. Inspection and secure packaging
Before dispatch, the paid goods are inspected again, verified and carefully packed into several protective layers and a sturdy cardboard box. The entire shipment preparation process takes place under recorded camera surveillance and follows the four-eyes principle.
7. Dispatch of the shipment
After the inspection is completed, the shipment is placed in special transport packaging for valuable consignments and handed over to the carrier no later than the next business day.
8. Shipment tracking
As soon as the carrier assigns a tracking number to the shipment, you will receive it by e-mail and can follow its movement online until delivery.
