Order and Delivery

1. Price Fixation

Price fixation is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The maximum order value is CZK 1,000,000 or the equivalent of this amount in another currency.
The order is submitted in the final step by clicking the button “ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY”.
In the case of investment gold and other precious metals or products whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the seller’s control, especially investment silver, the price is fixed at the moment the order is accepted by the seller.
The price fixation is valid for 12 hours from the moment the order is accepted by the seller.
During this fixation period, the price is final and binding on both contracting parties.
If the purchase price is not paid within the validity period of the price fixation, the purchase agreement is automatically cancelled upon expiry of that period.

2. Payment of the Order

Payment must be made no later than 12 hours after the order is accepted by the seller, using one of the following methods:
- bank transfer according to the payment instructions stated in the order,
- cash deposit to the seller’s bank account,
- cash payment upon personal collection, but no more than CZK 270,000 or the equivalent of this amount in another currency.

3. Personal Collection of Goods

For reasons of security and discretion, personal collection is only possible by prior arrangement.
The date and time of personal collection must be arranged in advance by e-mail or by phone.

4. Delivery by Czech Post

Orders are usually dispatched no later than the next business day after the order has been accepted by the seller and after the purchase price has been paid.
Goods are sent as insured valuable shipments with tracking, in particular via the services Balík na poštu or Balík do ruky.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and transport.
Shipments are insured for their full value up to CZK 1,000,000 per parcel.
After dispatch, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number for online shipment tracking.
Shipments are sent in discreet packaging without any indication of the contents.

5. Discreet Delivery

Upon your request, the shipment can be delivered in a discreet manner.
Simply include the note POSTE RESTANTE in the order, and we will send the shipment to the post office of your choice.

6. Notice on Receipt of Shipment

When receiving the shipment, always check that the security packaging is intact.
Any damaged shipment must be reported immediately upon receipt to Czech Post.
All shipments are sent with delivery to the addressee only.

7. Delivery via Zásilkovna

Via Zásilkovna, we only send goods up to a value of CZK 20,000 or the equivalent of this amount in another currency.
Orders are usually dispatched no later than the next business day after the order has been accepted by the seller and after the purchase price has been paid.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and transport.
After dispatch, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number for online shipment tracking.
Shipments are sent in discreet packaging without any indication of the contents.

8. Notice on Delivery via Zásilkovna

Exclusively New Products
