Welcome to GOLDU – a specialized online store for physical investment gold and silver. On this page you'll find an overview of the most important information for customers – from ordering and price fixing to shipping, security and buyback, through to data protection. Each topic includes a link to the detailed document.

How buying at GOLDU works

You choose a product, place an order, and the moment it's confirmed we fix the purchase price for you. You then just need to pay within the specified deadline. Details are set out in the Delivery and Payment Terms and the General Terms and Conditions.

Shipping, payment and in-person pickup

We ship discreetly, securely and insured – via Czech Post or POSTE RESTANTE, and for shipments up to a value of CZK 10,000 also via Zásilkovna (Packeta). In-person pickup in Prague is also possible by prior arrangement. All shipping and payment methods are listed in the Delivery and Payment Terms.

Exclusively new, non-circulated products

We sell exclusively new, non-circulated investment bars and coins. We never list buyback items for sale as new. To learn more about why to buy from us, see the page Why GOLDU.

Authenticity, origin and LBMA Good Delivery

The investment gold and silver in our range comes from major global suppliers and renowned refineries and mints. Selected products come from refineries listed on the LBMA Good Delivery list. For every product we state the manufacturer, purity, weight and other parameters, so you always have verified, transparent information.

Security, discretion and insurance

Packaging, sales and buyback take place under CCTV surveillance for the safety of all parties. All goods are in stock and we ship them typically no later than the next business day. Shipments are packed discreetly with no indication of contents and are insured for the value of the goods.

Buyback of investment gold and silver

We buy back investment gold and silver bars and selected investment coins, both in person and by mail. The process, valuation and payout are governed by the Conditions for the Purchase of Investment Gold and Silver.

Customer identification (AML/KYC)

As an obliged entity under the AML Act, we may carry out customer identification and verification for certain transactions. How this works and what documents may be needed is described in AML Act: Customer Identification and Fund Origin.

Data protection and cookies

We handle your data confidentially and in accordance with GDPR. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy (GDPR) and the Cookie Policy.

Frequently asked questions

Are the products really new?

Yes. We sell only new, non-circulated bars and coins. We do not sell bought-back items as new.

Do you have everything in stock?

Yes. The offered products are physically in stock and we ship them typically no later than the next business day.

Are shipments insured?

Yes, for the value of the goods shipped, and we send them discreetly with no indication of contents.
