For you it means just one thing: you get exactly what you buy — an investment product in original condition, with intact packaging, verified origin and declared parameters.

Everything in stock — no „goods in transit"

What you see in the GOLDU shop, we have physically in stock. We do not sell „goods in transit" that you would receive at some unclear date. We update availability according to the actual stock level, so your order is covered by real goods ready for dispatch. In times of market fluctuations, certainty of availability and speed are key — you fix the price after order confirmation and we reserve the goods once payment is credited.

Dispatch no later than the next business day

We dispatch your order usually no later than the next business day after payment is credited and any statutory obligations are met. No unnecessary waiting — prepared, packed, sent. Details on price fixing and delivery methods are in the Delivery and Payment Terms.

Under camera surveillance — safety for both sides

We take security seriously. Packing of orders, sale and buy-back are recorded by a camera system — to protect clients and our company. Every shipment is thus prepared under supervision and with a clearly verifiable process, minimising the risk of mix-up, loss or dispute.

Shipments insured up to the value of the goods

Every shipment is insured to the value of the transported goods, up to a maximum of CZK 1,000,000. We add discreet packaging without any indication of contents, multiple protective layers and a tracking number for online tracking. Your investment is thus protected from warehouse to doorstep.

Verified world refineries and mints

We work with major global suppliers and reputable refineries and mints of investment precious metals. Selected products come from refineries on the LBMA Good Delivery list and from other internationally recognised mints and manufacturers. Each product meets the manufacturer's declared parameters:

weight,
origin,
product condition,
investment-quality standard.
