Trademarks and Trade Designations

The GOLDU website is operated by Baumann Group a.s., which runs the GOLDU® brand.

1. General Provisions

All trade names, trademarks, logos, trade designations, product designations, photographs, graphic elements, texts, product descriptions, databases, catalogue structure, source materials and other elements published on the GOLDU website are protected by the relevant legal regulations governing the protection of intellectual property, trademarks, copyright and unfair competition.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the individual designations, trademarks, logos, trade names and other protected elements belong to their respective owners.

The mention of a particular designation, manufacturer, refinery, mint, trade name or product line on the GOLDU website does not mean that Baumann Group a.s. is the owner of that designation, unless expressly stated.

2. Designations of Manufacturers, Refineries, Mints and Business Partners

Designations of manufacturers, refineries, mints, certification authorities, product lines and other business entities are used on the GOLDU website solely for the purpose of:

identifying the offered goods,
determining the origin of the goods,
describing technical parameters,
stating the manufacturer, refinery, mint or issuer,
informing customers about the properties of the products,
distinguishing individual investment bars, coins and other products.

The use of these designations does not create any partnership, commercial agency, licence, authorised sales relationship, exclusive representation or other contractual relationship between Baumann Group a.s. and the owner of the relevant trademark or trade designation, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Baumann Group a.s. uses third-party designations only to the extent necessary for the proper identification, description and sale of the offered goods.

3. The GOLDU® Trademark

The designation GOLDU® is used as the brand of Baumann Group a.s.

All rights relating to the GOLDU® brand, the GOLDU® logo, graphic elements, visual identity, corporate identity and related elements belong to Baumann Group a.s., unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any use of the GOLDU® trademark, the GOLDU® logo, the visual identity or other protected elements of Baumann Group a.s. without the prior written consent of Baumann Group a.s. is prohibited.

4. Copyright and Website Content

The content of the GOLDU website may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. This includes in particular:

texts,
photographs,
graphics,
logos,
product descriptions,
product data,
databases,
the catalogue structure,
source materials,
the website design,
marketing materials,
information and legal documents.

Without the prior written consent of Baumann Group a.s., it is not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publish, download for the purpose of further commercial use, automatically extract or otherwise commercially exploit the content of the GOLDU website.

This does not affect the ordinary use of the website by the customer for the purpose of learning about the offer, creating an order, contacting the company or using GOLDU services in accordance with the law and the company's terms.

5. Photographs, Product Materials and Catalogue Data

Photographs, product images, product descriptions, technical data, catalogue structure, product parameters and other materials published on the GOLDU website serve to inform customers about the offered goods.

These materials may be protected by copyright, database rights, the rights of the database maker or other intellectual property rights.

Without the prior written consent of Baumann Group a.s., it is not permitted to bulk copy, take over, store, extract, distribute, modify or use these materials for competitive, marketing, business or other commercial purposes.

6. Third-Party Trademarks

All trademarks, logos, trade names, product designations and trade designations of third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Baumann Group a.s. respects the rights of owners of trademarks, copyright and other intellectual property rights.

If any owner of a trademark, trade designation, copyrighted work or other protected element believes that its use on the GOLDU website is not in accordance with the law or its legitimate interests, they may contact the operator via the contact details.

This document is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The governing language of this document is Czech; in the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Czech version prevails.

8.4 Effectiveness of the document

This document takes effect on 28 May 2026.
