1. Good prices
We don't run a network of stores – we operate online, with a single place for personal pickup in Prague (by prior arrangement at our head office). As a result, we have no costs for dozens of shops and staff, and we pass this saving on to prices. With investment metal, where even a small difference in the markup adds up over time, we want to be a fair partner. You buy from anywhere and we deliver the goods safely to your door.
2. Everything in stock
With us you won't see promises like "in stock tomorrow", "in a few days" or "within a month". What is marked as in stock on the website, we hold physically in the vault and dispatch within 24 hours, including weekends. No waiting, no pre-orders into the unknown.
In stock we keep the most-traded and globally recognised brands of refineries and mints from the LBMA Good Delivery list – names such as Argor-Heraeus, PAMP, Valcambi or Münze Österreich. 3. Always new goods
The most important principle: we sell exclusively new goods – never pieces originating from buyback. Our customer is always the first owner. You receive a bar or coin with a clean origin, in original packaging (bars in a blister with an assay certificate), with no history and no compromises.
We do of course buy back from clients, but we don't mix such goods into resale – we handle them separately, see buyback conditions.
