• Prices are regularly adjusted according to developments on the global markets.
• If no buyback price is shown for a product, we will prepare an individual offer.

Buyback Conditions

• We only purchase original, undamaged, and complete products.
• For bars, packaging is considered damaged if cracked, broken, or heavily scratched.
• If an authenticity certificate is included with the product, it must be presented.
• We do not buy jewellery, industrial, or scrap gold.

Personal buyback is possible by prior appointment only at:

How the personal buyback works:

• arrange an appointment with us:  info@goldu.eu, + 420 601 359 200
• bring your gold (bars and coins with purity of 999.9/1000),
• we verify authenticity and condition on site,
• the buyback price is determined according to the current market value,
• payment is made immediately – by bank transfer or in cash, as agreed.

The entire process is carried out under video surveillance with recording.

Correspondence Buyback (by post or courier)

• Contact us via form, e-mail, or phone and describe what you wish to sell,
• send photos (both sides) for preliminary assessment,
• you will promptly receive confirmation and instructions on packaging, insurance, and shipping,
• we recommend insuring the parcel,
• send the parcel by registered mail or courier to:

• once we receive the goods, we check them and determine the final price,
• we issue a buyback protocol and send it to you for approval,
• payment is made by bank transfer no later than the following business day.
