We buy investment gold under the same favorable conditions as those under which we offer it for sale.

You can find the current buy-back prices for gold bars and coins on the product pages of our e-shop. The prices are regularly updated according to developments on the world markets.

If a buy-back price is not listed for a product, we will prepare an individual offer for you. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@goldu.eu or call +420 601 359 200.

To submit an inquiry, please fill in the form below and provide as much information as possible about the items offered – refinery, weight, fineness, type, and quantity. Attached photographs will speed up and improve the accuracy of the valuation.

We only buy original products in excellent condition – undamaged and complete. If the product includes a manufacturer’s certificate of authenticity, it must be presented at purchase. We cannot buy products that are damaged, dirty, or incomplete. For bars, packaging is considered damaged if it is cracked, broken, or severely scratched.

Our priority is a good price, transparent conditions, and quick processing of the entire procedure.

1. Personal Gold Buy-Back
Personal buy-back is conducted only by prior arrangement at the goldu.eu a.s. premises, building BETA, Vyskočilova 1481/4, 140 00 Prague 4.

Bring your gold – we buy investment gold bars and gold coins with a fineness of 999.9/1000.
We check authenticity and condition – everything is verified on-site.
We determine the buy-back price – based on the current market price listed for the product.
We pay out immediately – via instant bank transfer or in cash as agreed.
We do not buy jewelry, technical gold, or scrap gold.
The entire buy-back process is conducted under video surveillance with recording for your and our safety.

2. Correspondence Gold Buy-Back (by Mail or Courier)
Contact us – use the buy-back form, email, or phone to tell us what you want to sell (type, quantity, weight, any damage).
Send photographs – ideally from both sides, for a preliminary assessment.
You will receive a confirmation – we will confirm receipt of your request and suggest the next steps (packing, insurance, shipping method).
Send the shipment by registered mail or courier – we recommend insuring the shipment according to the value of its contents.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will conduct an inspection and determine the final buy-back price.
We will issue a buy-back protocol and send it for your approval.
Payment – we will pay the amount by bank transfer within 2 working days.
Important: Do not send shipments without prior arrangement. We are not responsible for unannounced shipments.
