Delivery by Czech Post & Insurance

Each order is carefully packed, and the entire process is thoroughly documented under the supervision of a recorded camera system.

Orders are dispatched no later than the next business day via Czech Post. Packages are sent as valuable shipments with tracking (Balík Na poštu, Balík Do ruky).

The shipping fee includes handling, packaging, and transport. All shipments are insured for their full value, up to CZK 1,000,000 per package. If your order exceeds CZK 30,000, delivery is free of charge.

Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment online.

For security reasons, Czech Post does not guarantee home delivery for shipments exceeding CZK 150,000. These orders will be held for pickup at the post office.

Discreet Delivery

If you prefer the most discreet delivery possible, simply mention it in the order note. In this case, we will send the package to the nearest post office, where you can pick it up in person.

Notice

Upon receipt of the parcel, you must check the security envelope for any damage.  
A damaged parcel must be claimed from the Czech Post due to possible loss or damage to the goods. 
Shipments are sent "In your own hands". The delivery person is obliged to hand over the parcel exclusively to you. 
The standard storage time of a paid parcel at the post office is 7 days.
