Exclusively New Products
We sell only new and unused investment bars and coins. Our range does not include products from buy-backs.
The price of investment gold, investment silver and other products linked to developments on the financial, commodity or currency market can be fixed via the GOLDU online shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The maximum value of a single order is CZK 1,000,000 or the equivalent of this amount in another currency, unless the Seller expressly stipulates or individually agrees otherwise. The Seller reserves the right to reject, split, individually assess an order exceeding this limit, or to require additional verification of the client.
The order is submitted in the last step of the order process by clicking the „ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY" button. By submitting the order, the Buyer confirms that they have read the purchase price, the method of payment, the chosen method of delivery, these Delivery and Payment Terms and the relevant General Terms and Conditions.
For investment gold, investment silver and other products whose price depends on fluctuations of the financial, commodity or currency market independent of the Seller's will, the price is fixed at the moment the Seller expressly accepts the order. The automatic acknowledgement of receipt sent by the online shop system is for information only and does not in itself necessarily constitute acceptance of the order by the Seller, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The price fixing is valid for 12 hours from the moment the Seller accepts the order, unless otherwise stipulated for a specific order. During the validity of the fixing, the price is final and binding for both parties, provided the Buyer pays the purchase price duly and on time and meets all statutory, contractual and AML/KYC requirements.
If the purchase price is not paid within the validity period of the price fixing, the Seller is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract, cancel the order and proceed in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. In such a case, the Seller is entitled to claim compensation for demonstrably incurred damage, in particular the difference in the price of the precious metal, exchange-rate losses, hedging costs, order-processing costs and other reasonably incurred costs.
The purchase price must be paid no later than within 12 hours of the Seller accepting the order, unless otherwise agreed between the Seller and the Buyer. The moment of payment is deemed to be the moment the full purchase price is credited to the Seller's bank account, or the moment the Seller receives the cash in cases where cash payment is permitted.
Payment may be made in particular:
The Seller reserves the right to determine, limit or change the available methods of payment for a specific order, in particular with regard to the order value, the type of goods, security requirements, the riskiness of the transaction or AML/KYC obligations.
When paying by bank transfer, the Buyer is obliged to pay the purchase price to the Seller's bank account stated in the payment instructions for the order. The Buyer is obliged to state the correct variable symbol (payment reference) if one has been assigned to the order. Incorrect or missing payment details may cause delays in matching the payment and dispatching the goods.
Cash payment upon personal collection is possible only by prior arrangement and to the extent permitted by applicable law, but no more than CZK 270,000 or the equivalent of this amount in another currency, unless the Seller sets a lower limit. The Seller reserves the right to refuse a cash payment or to make it conditional upon additional identification of the client, verification of the origin of funds, or other statutory or internal checks.
The Seller reserves the right to require, before completing the transaction, in particular:
These steps may be carried out in accordance with Act No. 253/2008 Coll., on certain measures against the legalisation of proceeds of crime and the financing of terrorism, as amended.
If the Buyer fails to provide the required cooperation, fails to provide the required documents, refuses identification, the origin of funds cannot be verified, or another AML, sanctions, security or reputational risk arises, the Seller is entitled to reject the order, suspend its processing, cancel it or withdraw from the purchase contract.
For reasons of security, discretion and client protection, personal collection is possible only by prior arrangement. Without a pre-confirmed appointment, neither the readiness of the goods nor the availability of a person authorised to hand them over can be guaranteed.
A collection appointment must be arranged in advance by e-mail at info@goldu.eu or by telephone at +420 601 359 200; for further options see Contact.
The place of personal collection is identical with the Seller's registered office:
Upon personal collection, the Buyer is obliged to prove their identity. The Seller is entitled to refuse to hand over the goods to a person who cannot be verified as the Buyer or as a person authorised to receive the goods. Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer may be asked to sign a handover protocol or other confirmation of receipt.
We usually dispatch orders no later than the next business day after all conditions for dispatch have been met, in particular after the purchase price has been credited to the Seller's account, the order has been confirmed by the Seller, the goods are available, and any client identification under AML regulations has been completed. For orders of higher value, individual orders, security-sensitive shipments, or orders requiring additional checks, the dispatch time may be extended.
Goods may be sent as a tracked valuable shipment, in particular via Czech Post services such as Balík Do ruky, Balík Na poštu or other corresponding services. The specific method of transport is chosen by the Seller with regard to the value of the shipment, the nature of the goods, the availability of the carrier service, security requirements and insurance options.
The shipping cost includes in particular handling, secure packaging, the transport itself and insurance of the shipment to the extent set by the chosen carrier service. The current shipping cost is stated during the order process or in the order confirmation.
Shipments are insured during transport in accordance with the conditions of the specific carrier or carrier service. The amount of insurance, the scope of the carrier's liability and the conditions for claiming damage are governed by the conditions of the chosen carrier or carrier service.
After the order is dispatched, the client receives an e-mail with a tracking number for online tracking of the shipment, if the chosen carrier service allows tracking.
All shipments are sent in discreet packaging without any indication of the contents. The outer packaging of the shipment does not state that the shipment contains investment gold, investment silver or other precious metals.
When preparing shipments, the Seller uses internal security procedures aimed at protecting the contents of the shipment, minimising the risk of mix-up, loss or damage, and ensuring appropriate dispatch records.
At the client's request, the shipment can be delivered discreetly via the POSTE RESTANTE service, i.e. by depositing the shipment for collection at the post office without delivery to an address.
It is sufficient to state the note „POSTE RESTANTE" in the order. Dispatch via this service is subject to individual approval by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse delivery via the POSTE RESTANTE service, in particular for security, operational, AML/KYC or transport reasons.
The Buyer is obliged to provide the correct details necessary for delivery and collection of the shipment. The Seller is not liable for the impossibility of delivering or collecting the shipment caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated details of the Buyer.
Upon receipt of the shipment, we recommend always checking the integrity of the security or transport packaging, the protective elements and any signs of damage, opening, re-taping or other manipulation.
We recommend not accepting a damaged, opened, breached or otherwise suspicious shipment and immediately filing a complaint directly with the carrier or operator of the carrier service. If a damaged or suspicious shipment is accepted, we recommend taking photo or video documentation of the condition of the shipment before opening it and immediately contacting the Seller.
We recommend reporting hidden defects of the shipment, damage to the contents or incompleteness of its contents to the Seller without undue delay after their discovery. The Buyer is obliged to provide the Seller with the necessary cooperation in resolving the complaint, the damage event or the carrier's investigation.
Valuable shipments may be sent into the addressee's own hands, if the chosen carrier service allows it. The Buyer acknowledges that the carrier may, upon delivery, require verification of the identity of the addressee or the person authorised to receive the shipment.
The risk of damage to the goods passes to the Buyer at the moment the goods are received by the Buyer or a person designated by them. If the Buyer is an entrepreneur and the goods are transported via a carrier, the transfer of the risk of damage may be governed by the relevant legal regulations and contractual arrangements.
Only orders up to a value of CZK 20,000 or the equivalent of this amount in another currency may be sent via the Zásilkovna service. The Seller reserves the right to change this limit at any time or not to permit dispatch via Zásilkovna for a specific order.
We usually dispatch orders via Zásilkovna no later than the next business day after all conditions for dispatch have been met, in particular after the purchase price has been credited to the Seller's account, the order has been confirmed by the Seller, the goods are available, and any client identification under AML regulations has been completed.
The shipping cost is stated during the order process or in the order confirmation and includes handling, secure packaging, transport and any insurance under the conditions of the chosen service.
After the shipment is dispatched, the client receives an e-mail with a tracking number for online tracking of the shipment, if the chosen carrier service allows tracking.
Shipments via Zásilkovna are also sent in discreet packaging without any indication of the contents.
The Seller reserves the right, for security, operational, AML/KYC or transport reasons, to refuse dispatch via the Zásilkovna service even for orders meeting the stated limit, and to choose another suitable method of delivery.
The Buyer acknowledges that transport via the Zásilkovna service is also governed by the conditions of this carrier, in particular as regards liability limits, insurance, deadlines for collecting the shipment and complaint procedures.
If the Buyer fails to accept the shipment without a justified reason, the Seller is entitled to claim reimbursement of the reasonably incurred costs associated with transport, storage, return of the shipment, repeated delivery and administration of the order.
Repeated delivery of the shipment is possible only by agreement with the Seller. The Seller is entitled to require payment of additional costs before repeated delivery.
Failure to accept the shipment, the Buyer's delay or failure to cooperate has no effect on the binding nature of the already fixed purchase price, nor on the Seller's right to claim compensation for the damage incurred in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
These Delivery and Payment Terms form an integral part of the purchase contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer via the GOLDU online shop.
Matters not regulated by these Delivery and Payment Terms are governed by the General Terms and Conditions, the relevant legal regulations and any individual arrangements between the Seller and the Buyer.
The Seller is entitled to unilaterally change or supplement these Delivery and Payment Terms. The version of the terms effective on the date the purchase contract is concluded is always applied to purchase contracts already concluded.
These Delivery and Payment Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The governing language of these terms is Czech; in the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Czech version prevails.
These Delivery and Payment Terms take effect on 28 May 2026.
